About You As a Diverse Learning Teacher , you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring: a commit to Catholic Education and a clear understanding of the ethos of Catholic Schools an understanding and working knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) and Disability Standards for Education (2005) an understanding of the NCCD and ability to engage with Catholic Schools NSW ‘Personalised Planning for Students With Disability’ (PPSD) online tool (essential) expertise to teach Stage 4 and Stage 5 in any subject ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students strong classroom management & student well-being focus strong educational philosophy that is centred on equity and inclusion ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff with highly developed interpersonal skills exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective contemporary pedagogies skills in conflict management with staff, students, and families an understanding of differentiation a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation.
