Sales Success Partner — Eastern Creek, Blacktown Area

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales Success Partner to join our Partner & Broker team based in Sydney . This role supports our Sales team in driving customer success and service performance across a portfolio of key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and helping sales teams operate at their best. Whether you are coming from a sales, admin, or customer-facing background, this could be your next big step. Key Responsibilities Support coordination of account activities including reporting, contract renewals and tenders Maintain accurate customer records and hierarchies in CRM Prepare service performance and customer reports (DIFOT, KPIs etc.) Manage service-related escalations and coordinate timely resolution Provide insights and analytics to support account managers and sales strategy Assist with rate reviews, onboarding, and customer data requests Help drive efficiency through improved reporting and internal collaboration Maintain Salesforce hygiene including accurate contact and activity records About You You’re proactive, organised, and customer-focused. You enjoy improving processes and empowering others to succeed. You're equally comfortable managing details and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
