About the Role As an SDR, you will be expected to: Manage inbound lead funnel, prioritising responses based on key Service Level Agreements Seek new business opportunities using outbound prospecting techniques, utilising tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Account Based Marketing Services Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified sales meeting bookings Support delivery of marketing events (in-person, webinar, tradeshows, conferences, and Sales/Partner initiatives) Company research for lead generation and qualification, organisation mapping, and to identify decision makers Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to record keeping in Salesforce CRM Develop detailed qualified lead summaries for Sales and Partner teams Work closely with colleagues in Sales and Partner teams, including attending and contributing to regular meetings and providing feedback to improve prospecting and demand generation efforts About You Strong communication and active listening skills Commercial acumen and proven results delivery Ability to build trust and rapport, operating with integrity at all times Experience prospecting, uncovering prospect pain points and motivations Excellent systems and tooling skills High level of curiosity, ongoing learning and application of knowledge Ability to liaise confidently with all levels of business and articulate value proposition Energised by and operates successfully in a high-performance environment It’s easy to dismiss the perfect opportunity if you don’t see yourself as the perfect fit.
