The role As our new Distribution Administrator, you will report to the Distribution Manager and be responsible for sorting, coding & allocating incoming correspondence for various departments across the business. You will: Review all incoming faxes, letters and emails that relate to individual policies Verify, code and allocate mail to the correct department Send out mail within a timely manner to meet contractual agreements Organise and manage printing and mailing documentation & track mailing dispatches Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.
