Primarily supporting SME businesses and medical centres, the company offers tailored IT solutions ranging from network installation and Microsoft support to remote network monitoring and 24×7 help desk services. The team comprises highly skilled professionals passionate about delivering full-spectrum business technology solutions with ongoing system management and support. Minimum Requirements: A relevant bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, servers, operating systems, and software applications to ensure smooth business operations across client environments. Monitor and optimise network performance, usage, and security, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient system resource utilisation. Troubleshoot and resolve network faults and outages, providing specialist support for technical issues both onsite and via remote help desk systems. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions, and maintain system security protocols across workstations and networked environments. Conduct regular system audits, maintain documentation of network infrastructure, and record diagnosis, resolutions, and enhancements made to the network. Assist in the planning and implementation of upgrades to networks, systems, and security infrastructure in line with evolving business needs and technologies. Provide ongoing client support, including remote network monitoring and 24×7 help desk coverage, with a focus on SME businesses and medical centres. Collaborate with internal consultants to deliver IT solutions, such as Microsoft support, network installations, and business-specific configurations.
