Livestock Administrator — Queensland, Australia

Your Employer Our client is a fast-growing agri-investment management firm with a unique livestock trading model. Their office, based in Brisbane's Newstead, supports a small close-knit team. With a sharp focus on operational accuracy and capital turnover, this business is at the forefront of livestock investment strategy in Australia. The Role You will manage critical livestock administration functions across the firm’s portfolio, ensuring data integrity and livestock traceability. Reporting directly to the Head of Commodities, you’ll support a growing operation with evolving systems. Key responsibilities include: Manage livestock inventory and traceability data Maintain and update NLIS database Track livestock movements across QLD and NSW Support asset inventory accuracy and reporting Identify data insights (e.g. weight gain trends) About You Strong Excel skills and data management experience High attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset and proactive communication Exposure to livestock/feedlot operations (desirable) Understanding of NLIS, NVDs, or agri-logistics platforms (desirable) The Benefits This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking investment firm in agriculture.
