The opportunity: We are currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver to join our Logistics team based at Visy Board DC, Truganina. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, on the afternoon shift. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Daily operation of forklift and counterbalance machinery. Dispatch goods as instructed, ensuring safe delivery of goods to our customers. Pallet handling including strapping, loading and unloading of palletised freight, from transport vehicles. Adhere with health and safety policies and procedures and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the yard & warehouse area. What you will bring to the team: As our new Forklift Driver, you will be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will have proven experience at confidently operating a forklift. You will be committed to working safely and engaging with all safety processes and procedures, along with the following: A current Forklift License is essential, and HR licence is a bonus. Minimum of 2 years forklift operating experience in manufacturing/warehouse operations You will have good attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
