This office-based role plays a critical part in scheduling and coordinating field technicians for both installations and ongoing servicing of electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control. You'll act as the central point of communication between clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the seamless delivery of service and installation jobs Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Technician Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs across multiple client sites. Job Management: Maintain up-to-date job records in the system, ensuring accurate job allocation, resource planning, and timely updates for all stakeholders. Client Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for client service requests, providing timely updates on job status and technician arrival times. Service Desk Support: Log service requests, track job progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure service levels are met or exceeded. Job Documentation: Prepare and manage job documentation including work orders, service reports, and installation forms. Inventory Coordination: Assist with coordinating equipment and material availability for scheduled jobs in collaboration with warehouse and procurement teams. Customer Support: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, professionalism, and proactive service follow-up. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to manage both technician and client expectations.
