StaffCo has partnered with a global 3PL cold store provider and is seeking to employ experienced high reach forklift operators for an ongoing role. About the role: These roles will include storeperson duties of pick packing, receival and despatch, inbound, outbound and forklift operation. The role will be 50% forklift operation and 50% labouring These roles are ongoing 5 days per week commencing immediately with an opportunity for permanent work. Full training provided To be successful for the role you will require the below: Minimum 2 years high reach experience or 5 years counterbalance experience 8 bays high single/double deep Current forklift license Pallet pick experience Experience working in a freezer - advantageous Current experience in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail – must be able to pick with accuracy and maintain a KPI Own reliable transport Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Safety conscious as you will be operating equipment around pedestrians Must have own PPE and steel capped boots. Must be able to show initiative and have a good attitude Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg repetitively Benefits to you: Full time Hours – 38 hours per week 5 shifts per week Base pay rate from $37.59 per hour – plus penalties Overtime available Opportunity for permanent work If you feel you have the above attributes please apply online.
