About the role We are seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker to provide regular morning support to an individual living with a spinal cord injury and Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome . Duties include assistance with personal hygiene, light household tasks, and daily bowel care. The preferred support worker is patient, grounded, and motivating—someone who gently encourages the person to participate in their care routines without being forceful, helping to maintain a sense of autonomy and comfort throughout daily activities. Shifts Client 1 Week 1: Wednesday : 9:00am - 11:00am Thursday : 9:00am - 11:00am Saturday : 10:30am - 12:30pm Sunday : 1:30pm - 3:30pm Week 2: Monday : 9:00am - 11:00am Tuesday : 11:00am - 3:00pm Wednesday : 9:00am - 11:00am Thursday : 9:00am - 11:00am 18 Hours per fortnight! Client 2 Week 1: Monday: 5:00am - 7:00am Saturday : 5:00am - 7:00am Sunday : 6:00am - 8:00am Week 2: Monday: 5:00am - 7:00am Tuesday : 5:00am - 7:00am Sunday : 6:00am - 8:00am 18 Hours per fortnight!
