Tasks As an Early Childhood Teacher, your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating effectively with the teaching team to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety within the centre. Developing and implementing high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Facilitating play-based learning experiences that are responsive to each child's individual interests, strengths, and abilities. Observing and documenting children's developmental progress using appropriate assessment tools. Building strong and positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community. Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills. A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure learning environment. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective learning programs. Experience in creating fun and playful learning experiences. Qualifications To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications: Approved Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved). Valid Working with Children Check. Solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
