Benefits: Supportive, family-run business with a positive team culture Hands-on, autonomous role with variety Remuneration in line with experience super Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (no weekends) Leppington, NSW Onsite parking and bus access available Permanent, full-time opportunity JOB REF: MAS160.1 The Role: This is a great opportunity for a reliable and capable Warehouse Team Leader to step into a key 2IC role, working closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations. It’s a hands-on role in a 3PL environment, ideal for someone who takes initiative, can work confidently on their own, and brings a strong operational mindset. This is currently a one-person warehouse role, with the scope to grow the team as volumes increase. You’ll need to be confident managing competing priorities, making sound decisions independently, and escalating when needed. The ability to lead from the front and adapt as the business scales is key. You’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse activity, taking ownership of key tasks and ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient outcomes across multiple clients. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to coordinate daily operations and drive warehouse performance Operate high-reach forklifts (double deep experience highly regarded) Pick packing and managing inbound and outbound freight across varied product lines Unpack containers as required (manual handling up to 25kg) Use RF scanners and CartonCloud Maintain stock accuracy and handle client-specific requirements Communicate via email and warehouse systems Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment You will have: Current forklift licence with high-reach forklift experience (double deep experience a bonus) Experience using RF scanners; familiarity with CartonCloud a bonus Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations – from port, unpack, and storage to pick/pack and transport Strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities A proactive mindset with sound decision-making skills Comfortable escalating issues early and seeking support when needed Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Familiarity with Sydney metro areas for basic fleet coordination is an advantage Must be physically fit and able to safely lift and carry items up to 25kg Strong attention to detail and computer literacy (email and warehouse systems) Sounds like your ideal role?
