THE CLIENT: Our client, renowned for delivering quality builds within the investor market, is seeking a Sales Estimator to join their team and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the team leader your duties will include, but are not limited to: Assess new sales for compliance with company standards and policies Ensure current and correct documentation is utilized at all times Reconcile pricing against deposit dates. Identify solutions to achieve customer’s design requests whilst complying with company design guidelines. Maintain methods of cost Estimates and provide take off and tender pricing. Including, base house pricing, site costs and clients wish lists for upgrades from base house pricing. Ensure sales estimates are compliant and satisfy all building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines and local authority requirements. Ensure margins are maintained at pre-determined company benchmarks. Ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and completeness of quotations and costings. Excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders working closely with the Sales Team. ABOUT YOU: To be successful in the role: Demonstrated experience (minimum 1 years) in a Sales Estimating role or similar in the Volume residential industry.
