A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Network Security Design Engineer on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Customer requirements gathering and documentation. Lead direct interactions with stakeholders to confirm and recommend networking solutions Provide technical consultation to business/technology stakeholders recommend networking solutions to ensure user requirements are understood and appropriately translated into infrastructure requirements. Key Skills / Experience: Strong Design skills in a large enterprise environment Indepth experience on firewalls (Juniper SRX, Checkpoint and Fortigate) Strong Load Balancing (F5 – LTM, GTM) Switching and Routing (BGP/OSPF, VXLAN, VTP, etc), Financial Services / Large enterprise experience Vendor certification: CCNA, JNCIA or F5 201 Solid understanding of Cloud networking Azure/AWS.
