Business Improvement Specialist/Service Designer/Business Analyst Start Date: 24 July 2025 Length: 12 months 6-month extension Location of work: Melbourne The Business Analyst and Service Designer supports the facilitation and definition of problems to solve, applies improvement toolkits in collaboration with customers, and has experience in Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design. This role requires a collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in facilitating workshops and meetings to define and understand problems to solve. Experience with some or all of the following: Lean, Human Centered Design, BPM and Project Management Kaizen: experience and depth of knowledge Support the application of improvement toolkits and methodologies Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to co-design solutions Assist in conducting Business Process Mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Support the development and implementation of Operating Models and Service Design strategies Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in. Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives Provide support and guidance to team members and other stakeholders About You: Process Mapping Expertise: Experience in one or more of the following Business Process Mapping, Operating Models, and Service Design Technical Understanding: Ability to support the application of improvement toolkits effectively Problem Solving Abilities: Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills. Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and solution implementation Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative Mindset: Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
