As the Fleet Administrator, you will take responsibility for administrative functions associated with the Company’s mobile plant and equipment. You will collect, collate and report on the fleet usage and performance, and assist with the purchase and disposal of fleet. This is a full-time position based at our Head Office at Wellcamp Qld (Toowoomba Region). Main Responsibilities Maintain fleet registrations, licences, permits, toll accounts and report on fleet maintenance activities and compliance Prepare reports for management on fleet utilisation and on data from the fleet tracking system Liaise with original equipment manufacturers, stakeholders and supplier about the purchase, transfer and acquisition of fleet including collection and collation of equipment, quotations and disposal options Monitor fuel cards, fuel usage and consumption rates from bulk facilities maintained by the Company Maintain various databases (both internal/external) and registers relating to ERP, NHVR and PPSR About you To be successful in this role: Knowledge of fleet management (transport and/or construction industry), insurance and accident and incident investigation Proven experience preparing reports for management Sound communication and customer service skills Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to prioritise and multi-task and apply time management skills Strong computer skills and exposure to various data bases, web-based software application Qualifications ( Desirable) Qld Certificate Education (or equivalent) Why Wagners?
