We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their Asset Finance division. This is a permanent role managing a team of four in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You’ll be responsible for managing and coaching staff, supporting development, managing escalations, improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of everything the team does. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 4 Customer Service Officers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
