About the role We’re looking for a Policy Administrator to join our dynamic underwriting team in either our Melbourne or Sydney office who will assist with the day-to-day underwriting processes. Role Responsibilities: Lodge new business and renewal submissions Allocating tasks across the Underwriting team Issuing claim histories Manage the monthly issuance of renewal notices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution Registering submissions and allocating tasks into DUAL’s Operating System Processing mid-term adjustments according to underwriting approval and issue documentation Manage monthly Bordereaux processing Develop working relationships with broker administration staff, underwriters and other key stakeholders Handling reception overflow calls and dealing with our customers Issuing timely and accurate policy documentation. Clearing Pending Cash report in a timely manner and reporting to managers on outstanding items. Administration experience in financial services area (insurance or banking) is valued but not crucial. We encourage candidates with transferrable skills and a willingness to learn.
