We’re currently looking for a compassionate , organised , and customer-focused Customer Service Officer (Scheduling/Rostering) to join our Melbourne team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our team by managing staff rosters and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our SONA® (Happiness) values. About the Role Reporting to our Service Scheduling Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Providing friendly and responsive customer support to clients and staff. Coordinating staff schedules and maintaining efficient, accurate rosters. Managing shared inboxes and collaborating across teams to deliver timely care services. Identifying opportunities for improved scheduling practices and efficiencies. Ensuring services are delivered in line with BallyCara’s mission and client-focused approach. About You You’re a confident communicator with strong admin and time management skills. You love working in a collaborative environment and bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to everything you do. To be successful in this role, you’ll have: Previous experience in rostering/scheduling, preferably within a home care or health setting. Qualification in Human Services, Business, or Administration (Cert III minimum; Diploma highly regarded). Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Comfort working across shared inboxes and various IT platforms. A genuine interest in supporting aged care clients and their wellbeing. A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt and prioritise tasks. Requirements Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain). COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
