About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer (Hub Specialist) to support our clients by providing outstanding service over the phone and efficient administrative processing. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring members, trustees, and stakeholders receive the highest level of support, helping us meet our service level agreements with confidence. NB: This is a permanent part-time role working minimum 3 shifts per week. Shifts may be 8-12pm or 10-2pm, Monday to Friday only. You must be available to commit to 4 weeks of full-time training at the commencement of this role during business hours. What You’ll Be Doing Resolving member queries over the phone effectively and taking ownership of investigations to enhance customer experience. Acting as the first escalation point for complex stakeholder interactions. Processing and reviewing payments with precision and compliance. Keeping up to date with industry trends and legislative requirements. Participating in training sessions to continuously grow your superannuation expertise. What We’re Looking For A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
