A bit about the role The Administration Coordinator, Suburban University Study Hub, works within the context of The BUSY Group’s funding agreement with the Federal Government’s Department of Education. The Suburban University Study Hubs aim to support underrepresented and educationally disadvantaged students from suburban areas with low tertiary education participation who face increased barriers to accessing tertiary study. This is a fixed term, full-time position until 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension based in our Beenleigh Hub. A bit about you… 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Desirable qualifications in a relevant discipline Demonstratable administration experience in a similar service. Experience and ability to quickly build rapport with students from a range of diverse backgrounds. Have an outcome focused approach. Positive, driven approach to a continually changing work environment. Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Excellent documentation skills in particular case records and incident planning and reporting Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
