Our team are more than project managers – we lead, manage, and deliver comprehensive project management solutions across every stage of the property lifecycle. Due to ongoing success, we are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Newcastle office on a full-time basis. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for: Assisting with the operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures; and all relevant legislation. Working with Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to provide superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurement. Contributing to the project process particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management and site activities. Assisting in the development and maintenance of superior client and key stakeholder relationships. Assisting in meetings and minuting meetings as required. Completing system documents and procedures to ensure that the business is not at risk of non-compliance with third party accreditations. Risk and Opportunities are tracked with the project team.
