We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Specialist to oversee the VIC, TAS, and SA regions. If you're passionate about technology, confident in complex solution sales, and motivated by building strong commercial partnerships—this role is for you. Manage and grow the VIC/TAS/SA territory across a mix of existing clients and new business Identify, target, and convert new opportunities across public and private sectors Work closely with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions for client needs Lead pricing, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations Represent the brand at industry events, site meetings, and presentations Report accurately on pipeline, forecasts, and regional sales performance Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and quarterly sales objectives Ensure seamless client handovers to delivery and technical teams What do you need? 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Demonstrated success in solution or technical sales environments Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills Experience in access technology, infrastructure, or mobility solutions is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication Tech-savvy, strategic, and self-driven Full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel regionally If you're as excited by this opportunity as we are and to learn more about the position please call Harry Prendergast on 0418 751 856 or email [email protected] Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce that values all backgrounds and experiences.
