Job Description As the Sales Manager in New Zealand, you will be the local lead in driving execution of national sales and marketing strategies. You'll manage and support existing distributor networks, develop key accounts, and identify new business opportunities. Reporting to the National Sales Manager the role involves field-based travel, joint customer visits with distributor sales teams, pipeline management through CRM, and the rollout of pricing strategies, marketing programs, and new product launches. Your contribution will be vital to hitting New Zealand's annual business plan and long-term strategic goals. Key responsibilities include: Driving sales and margin performance within budgeted guidelines. Supporting pricing strategy implementation and distributor programs. Conducting joint fieldwork with distributors and providing technical/application support. Managing the NZ customer base and acquiring new accounts. Coordinating marketing and training initiatives for new and existing products. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will bring: Sales experience, with 3 years in account management. A background in construction, converting, or technical B2B sales. A hands-on, technically curious mindset, coupled with excellent customer engagement skills. The ability to work autonomously while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams. Strong CRM proficiency and comfort navigating Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will be proactive, customer-focused, and driven by results, with the agility to handle both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.
