In line with our sustained growth, we are continuing to seek the right person to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. As part of our close-knit team in the Acacia Ridge Branch there is the potential to be considered for career growth within the branch. We are seeking a career driven individual with determination who is looking for advancement and experience with coordination of a warehouse. What will I do? Ensure the receipt and storage of goods confirming its accuracy and condition. Ensure all pick faces are replenished and stocked Supervise the issue of goods to authorized persons and the completion of documentation and records involved Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date records of goods within the store Supervise the transfer of goods to and from the warehouse Licensed operation of all appropriate materials handling equipment. An understanding of Inventory Control Stock control in line with agreed framework. Handling service and telephone/internet enquiries when required Arranges dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contacts and ensures its accuracy Ensures compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department. Receives and receipt payment for goods. Manage a fantastic collaborate team What will you bring to the role? Previous experience in a similar warehousing role A trade certificate or knowledge gained through several years of practical experience Experience with Warehouse Management Systems Sound keyboard and computing skills (Excel) A valid forklift license Ability to respond to continual changing of priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills and rapport-building ability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whist maintaining high attention to detail Why join the Polyaire Team?
