You will be an integral part of our organisation and your demonstrated communication and organisation skills will be an asset in ensuring a smooth connection between the external community and the Wellways services and programs. This includes providing information relating to our services and programs, diverting all calls to the relevant teams, accurately recording and sharing of messages; distribution of incoming and preparation of outgoing mail; as well as assisting with administrational processes and ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are well maintained at all times.
