Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver to join our Gold Coast team. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our scrap metal facility. Responsibilities - Operate and maintain forklifts in a safe and efficient manner. - Conduct forklift operations (experience preferred)- Assist with manual handling tasks as necessary - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols - Maintain a clean and organised work environment. - Comply with company policies and legal regulations. - Ensure accuracy in inventory management and reporting. Qualifications- Valid forklift operator certification- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening. - Experience with forklifts and scrap metal is preferred - Strong communication skills. - Ability to perform general warehouse duties. -Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
