The Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit in NSW. As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales team by assisting in various sales functions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in all interactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities • Welcome customers, clients, and external partners to sales offices and displays, ensuring a positive first impression. • Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and follow up professionally and promptly. • Maintain the presentation of the sales office and displays, reporting maintenance issues as needed. • Provide administrative support, including processing sales advice and database management. • Ensure integrity within the CRM by managing client records and generating appointments for Sales Executives. • Coordinate valuations, buyer appointments, and other ad-hoc appointments as required. • Assist in events or functions, including evening and weekend engagements. • Liaise with legal representatives when necessary. • Produce reports, including competitor and market analysis reports. • Monitor stock and collateral requirements, ensuring adequate supply. • Provide high-quality customer service adhering to Sekisui House’s standards. Skills & Qualifications Essential: • Current and valid NSW Assistant Agent Licence (certificate of registration) or NSW Real Estate Licence. • Demonstrated competence in sales principles with a strong customer service focus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical, reporting, and organisational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. • Valid driver’s licence. Desirable: • Tertiary qualification(s) in property. • White card certification.
