Due to a recent, flagship Electrical project award, we are seeking qualified Electricians (plus Leading Hands & Supervisors) to join the Linkforce Projects Team. THE ROLE As an Electrician with Linkforce, you will be assigned to the Conveyor & Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades Package on the Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) Project on the Pilbara coast in Western Australia. This milestone project involves significant electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades, conveyor drive station and other infrastructure upgrades. The project, mobilising to site in June 2025 and scheduled for completion in August 2026, will provide long term, rostered (Karratha local and FIFO) work opportunities for a variety of E&I and SMP Leadership, Engineering, Trades and support roles. ABOUT YOU We are seeking WA Electrical Licence holders, ideally with experience working in a mining environment. We may also consider qualified Electricians looking to transition into mining from a similar industrial construction industry. You will be able to demonstrate: WA Electrical Licence Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 3 years) CPR/LVR (within 12 months) First Aid (within 3 years) Construction White Card Australian Drivers Licence Strong adherence to permit to work/isolation procedures, quality procedures and safety protocols Highly desirable: Pegasus Profile/RIO-TINTO inductions Instrumentation HV Switching PLC Logic Open Cablers – Communication IN RETURN Pay rates from $70 to $84.20 per hour plus Superannuation 10 hr shifts with pay door to door (2 hrs) Ongoing work – Be part of a flagship project with a regular 2:1 roster for a 12 month plus duration Accommodation provided in Karratha Training - Obtain new or improve current skills, including High Risk tickets, with our in-house Registered Training Organisation Future work – Upon project completion either transfer to an alternate project or enjoy the flexibility of working as an electrician within our shut down operations.
