We are currently recruiting for a brilliant not-for-profit who is looking for an HR Advisor, initially on a temporary basis but that could be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. This is a role that will support an experienced and supportive Manager, with the opportunity to really shape and develop the role. It would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is at the beginning of their HR career and is looking for a rewarding, fast paced role where no two days are the same. The role is initially a 3-6 month role, based near Sydney Olympic Park, with the option to work from home 2 days per week. Duties of the role include: Talent Acquisition support such as drafting adverts, phone screening and arranging interviews. Managing enquiries to the HR Inbox and signposting to relevant person/department. Support with recruitment admin including: drafting contracts and letters & scheduling appointments Adhoc HR admin projects Candidates being considered for this role will: Have some prior experience within a similar position in HR as an Assistant or Intern. Be immediately available (Or within 1 week) Have or be willing to get a Working with Childrens Check and Police Check Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal In return you will be offered a flexible working offering, including hybrid working and opportunities to really develop your HR skills in a supportive team.
