Oral Health Therapist – Community Education | Perth & Regional WA $55-$65/hr super | Flexible AM shifts | WA Health Screen & educate kids aged 0-4 | Education prevention, early identification and minimally invasive treatment role | Team-supported sessions | Perth metro travel to regional WA About the role This is more than a job, it’s your chance to step into public health, make a real difference. As part of WA Health’s Early Childhood Oral Health Program, you’ll visit community centres, libraries, and playgroups to deliver tailored health education to children aged 0-4 and their families. You’ll provide care outside the traditional clinic environment, engaging directly with parents and carers to promote lifelong healthy habits in a supportive, community-focused setting. You will provide screenings, examinations, fluoride treatments and minimally invasive dental treatments. You will never be working alone – each session includes a Dental Assistant, and you will always travel and work in pairs for safety and support. Full training and orientation are provided before you begin. Provide oral health education, screenings, examinations, fluoride treatments and minimally invasive dental treatments.
