Monitoring and Troubleshooting Systems: Continuously monitor the performance and health of Windows servers, identifying potential issues, troubleshooting, and resolving them to minimize downtime. Streamlining Operations with Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions, such as PowerShell scripts, to streamline server management tasks, optimize resource utilization, and reduce manual processes. Leading Incident Response: Manage responses to critical incidents within the Windows server environment, ensuring quick resolution, identifying root causes, and applying preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
