About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator with a strong background in managing IT and digital development projects. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery by coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end project timelines across multiple digital product types, including websites, mobile apps, CMS platforms, etc. Organise meetings with clients and internal teams, prepare agendas, document discussions, and follow up on decisions and deliverables. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and accurately implemented. Maintain accurate project documentation including requirement specifications, change requests, timelines, contracts, and delivery notes. Track progress and key milestones using project management systems and provide timely reports to internal managers and clients. Assist with cost tracking, resource planning, and progress reporting to support on-time and on-budget project delivery. Review and coordinate the quality of project deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, content plans, and technical documents. Manage incoming client feedback, support issue resolution, and ensure clear communication throughout the delivery process. Build and maintain a structured project knowledge base for reuse, compliance, and internal training. Identify project risks or delivery delays and recommend practical solutions to support successful outcomes. Identify risks and delivery challenges, and support the manager in process improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration, ideally within an IT or digital agency environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach. Familiarity with digital product workflows and best practices in project lifecycle management. Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and basic cost/resource tracking. Team player with excellent organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
