Job description Candidates can apply from Melbourne and Canberra Are you an experienced Middleware Administrator with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Middleware? Join a high-impact team supporting a major government client, contributing to infrastructure service establishment, day-to-day operations, and ongoing platform innovation. What You'll Be Doing: As a Middleware Administrator, you'll play a key role in establishing, operating, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Middleware environments. You'll be involved in: Taking over and managing middleware services with a focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware (including IAM, ADF, WebCenter, OSB, and BAM) Reviewing technical documentation and participating in workshops to understand existing environments Performing routine administration: monitoring, deployments, backups, tuning, patching, and issue resolution Documenting operational procedures and supporting knowledge transfer Collaborating with infrastructure and cloud teams across compute, network, database, and storage Supporting alignment with DevOps, automation initiatives, and agile principles Ensuring compliance with security best practices across middleware platforms Contributing technical insights to a public cloud migration project What We're Looking For: 5 years' experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware products (on-prem and Azure) Strong grasp of Linux and Windows server environments Hands-on scripting experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Java) Knowledge of IT Service Management practices; ITIL v4 certification or willingness to obtain within 8 weeks Solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and best practices Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and collaboratively Candidates must hold a current NV1 security clearance to be considered Nice to Have: Experience in DevOps-driven environments Exposure to cloud transformation projects Familiarity with federal government compliance standards Benefits Supportive and diverse workplace culture Professional Team Environment Flexible working Environment Job Reference To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Aditi Yadav on or email: and quote the above job reference number.
