We are seeking a Receptionist that align with our values, who are focused on providing a high-quality experience, from the time of arrival until the time of departure, creating a lasting positive and professional impression. You will be responsible for monitoring the reception desk and telephone, welcoming and assisting candidates with their medical paperwork and sighting photo ID, supporting the clinical team with the daily set up of the clinic and medical paperwork. The position is in Metro, Western Australia and is F ull-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. What we need from you: Certificate in Business Administration or similar (highly regarded). Previous experience in administration, preferably within a healthcare setting Current driver's license. Intermediate/Advance computer knowledge and skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
