Key duties include but are not limited to: ·Maintaining and expanding client lists. ·Keep up to date with company equipment and services, market conditions and ensuring market competitiveness ·Visiting existing and prospective clients to generate sales and/or rental opportunities ·Determine the needs of clients and propose best services or goods based on their needs ·Report any changes in customer needs/requirements to the sales team ·Generating quotes and negotiating pricing ·Finalizing contracts and sales/rental orders ·Arrange for the delivery and installation of equipment ·Following up with clients to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues ·Preparing sales and expenditure reports and communicate data to relevant stakeholders To be successful you will need to meet the following requirements: ·Sales related qualification and/or 5 years relevant experience ·Proven ability/achievement in sales roles ·Experience in operations and inventory management ·Excellent customer and relationship management skills Agencies will not be considered for this role
