They are now seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead their sales growth and marketing strategy across key locations and local communities. Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all sales and promotional campaigns across multiple club locations. The role demands a dynamic individual who can drive membership sales, foster strong local partnerships, lead digital campaigns, and promote the Crunch brand with energy and integrity . Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual membership goals Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, events, referrals, and local outreach Collaborate with club teams to optimize in-club sales processes and customer experiences Monitor daily sales activities, track conversion metrics, and report insights Implement retention protocols to minimize member attrition Marketing & Promotion Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and local media platforms Promote services such as Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Rest & Recovery Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials Organize open days, events, and community activations to increase visibility Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and corporate clients Community Engagement & Branding Foster community relationships to boost brand reputation and loyalty Represent the brand at expos, external events, and networking functions Encourage member referrals through loyalty and incentive programs Team Collaboration & Support Train front-of-house staff in lead handling, sales techniques, and customer service Collaborate with Operations and Member Experience teams Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members in sales/promo roles Performance & Reporting Track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and growth metrics Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership Skills & Qualities Required: Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors Strong digital marketing and CRM experience Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about health and wellness How to Apply: To apply for this position, please email your resume to [email protected].
