Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contractual obligations and project execution. Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to contracts, operations, and projects. Monitor contracts and report on variations, initiating amendments as needed. Prepare reports on organisational performance, highlighting key milestones, metrics, and outcomes; escalate matters requiring senior management attention. Collect and analyse operational data from production, logistics, and project streams to support informed decision-making. Oversee contracts related to office and factory accommodation, ensuring terms remain relevant and cost-effective. What You Bring: Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a food processing, manufacturing, or logistics-heavy environment Familiarity with legal, operational, and financial aspects of commercial agreements Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk, identify trends, and implement corrective actions Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing abilities Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners High level of attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced setting Desired Skills and Qualities: Commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Adaptability and willingness to support different aspects of business Passion for problem-solving and efficiency Ready to Join Us?
