As they continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their high-performing team and drive the next phase of our success. Position Overview: The Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by securing high-value sponsorships for their portfolio of leading business summits and conferences. This is a consultative sales role, where you will work closely with senior executives and corporate partners to create bespoke partnership opportunities aligned to their business goals. You’ll have the autonomy to own the commercial strategy for your events while working alongside an experienced production and marketing team to deliver exceptional value to your clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sponsorship sales plans to exceed revenue targets across multiple industry-leading events. Research, identify, and engage senior decision-makers within targeted companies to pitch tailored sponsorship solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor to their marketing and business development teams. Create bespoke sponsorship proposals that align with client objectives, including speaking opportunities, exhibition packages, and branding solutions. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with senior executives. Collaborate with event producers and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed to a high standard. Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to continually enhance our sponsorship offering. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. At least three (3) years of experience in Sponsorship Sales Proven track record in B2B sponsorship sales, media sales, or business development — ideally within the events industry. Demonstrated success securing high-value sponsorships and exceeding sales targets. Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships at the C-level. A consultative approach to sales with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
