This full-time role, based at our Melbourne campus (with hybrid flexibility), is a unique opportunity to lead a team of Digital Learning Designers and drive the creation of impactful, accessible, learner-centred online learning experiences. As a key member of the CEI, you'll work collaboratively across teams and portfolios, providing leadership in digital learning design and contributing to a culture of innovation, trust and service excellence. You will play a key role in operationalising agile ways of working, embedding continuous improvement into design practices and team operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in learning design, deep knowledge of online learning pedagogies, and a passion for mentoring others and transforming online education. Total remuneration valued to $155,781 - $166,226 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $131,673 - $140,601 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
