Your opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer (AS4) to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office in Brisbane CBD. In this role, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our team. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and coordinate other administrative staff, contribute to project support, and play a key role in maintaining effective communication and documentation processes. Responsibilties include: Deliver complex administrative support including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, diary management, and scheduling. Coordinate meetings and conferences, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and minute preparation. Support project activities through research, documentation, and coordination. Manage divisional requirements such as SAP input, invoice processing, and training logistics. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Brisbane CBD, concluding on 30 June 2026 . The role offers a starting salary of $ 101,493 plus 12.75% superannuation, along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.
