Melbourne Sales & Account Management Sales Executive / BDM Senior Account Executive - SaaS Sales (ITOM/SM Focus) Competitive Salary Commission Structure Hybrid Work Model An award-winning software solutions vendor is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join Melbourne sales team. In this role, you will drive enterprise software sales to both new and existing clients, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tailored account strategies to expand solution adoption. What you’ll do: Lead complex, consultative sales cycles targeting enterprise clients Research and understand customer business needs to develop strategic account plans Build and maintain strong relationships at executive levels across company and selected partners Collaborate with a dedicated team to accelerate the sales pipeline and successfully close deals Manage and create a robust pipeline to ensure sufficient coverage of target opportunities. About you: Minimum 5-7 years’ SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of success in strategic, executive-level sales within the market Experience selling IT Service Management (ITSM) and Operations (ITOM) Strong network of client contacts Experience in account development and opportunity management Comfortable managing long sales cycles and solution selling Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills On offer: Competitive base salary $160k – $170k super commission (50/50 split) – neg for the right candidate Supportive sales structure Hybrid working model with two days working from home If you’re a strategic SaaS sales professional ready to make an impact in a leading software vendor, we’d love to hear from you.
