About the role Our Early Childhood Teacher role is a four or five day per week (we are flexible with non contact hours), part-time opportunity for our funded kindergarten program, working in a 3-5year old mixed age group. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a small team of educators in developing and implementing a high-quality pedagogical program by role modelling professional practice reflective of Gowrie Victoria’s purpose, philosophy, and values.
