What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Internal Sales Representatives. Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement of individual and team targets. Ensure outstanding customer service delivery across all touchpoints. Be hands-on – jump on the phones and emails during peak periods or when the team needs backup. Review sales calls, identify training needs, and ensure consistent messaging and service standards. Support interstate sales teams in NSW and Victoria with guidance, insights, and occasional travel. Analyse sales data, uncover trends, and identify new opportunities to boost performance. Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners alike.
