We are reaching a busy time in our sales cycle so we are looking for an enthusiastic SDR to join the team on a flexible casual basis. We want your help connecting with schools to tell them about Mathspace, coordinate drop offs of textbooks and importantly, book demo meetings for our sales team. What will you do? Utilise our database (we use Hubspot) to work through queues and coordinate textbook drop offs and product demonstrations Utilise the database to engage customers at different stages to ensure they get the best customer experience and/or support by booking training, onboarding and implementation meetings on behalf of the sales team Engage with current customers at key lifecycle stages to book renewal and year-in-review meetings Enter and update customer information in the database Keep detailed records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRMs Collaborate with sales team to inform outreach strategy Maintain a working knowledge of the Mathspace product and our offering, key features, and our sales cycle Requirements In an interview process, which will include a working-interview portion, successful candidates will demonstrate: Ability to learn about software and educational learning products and services and describe/explain them to customers and prospects A customer success mindset: willingness to help customers to be successful not just with our product, but to navigate challenges with operations as they arise Excellent knowledge and demonstration of business level English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Available to work at minimum 5 hrs for 3 days per week.
