The Role… In this exciting opportunity, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Operating a variety of Material Handling Equipment, including both counterbalance and high reach forklifts, as well as electric pallet jacks. Performing core warehouse tasks such as loading/unloading, and bulk and case picking. Accurately completing dispatch and receival documentation. Effectively utilising warehouse systems and technology, including RF scanners, SAP, and battery charging equipment. Adhering to all safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment. Carrying out general administrative tasks as required. Maintaining accurate and timely records and data entry. Participating in toolbox talks, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities. Engaging in investigations related to quality, operations, or delivery issues. Conducting daily cleaning and maintenance of process areas to meet compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. Operating workstations and processes in line with standard operating procedures to achieve maximum safety, quality, and efficiency. To be successful in this exciting position, you must: Posses a valid Forklift Licence. Have a minimum of 12 months experience operating both counterbalance and high reach forklifts within a relevant warehouse setting. Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Be open to completing other general warehousing tasks alongside operating the Forklift.
