About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Office Administrator to join the team in Coolum Beach. The role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration experience and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a busy and supportive office environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include: Debtor invoicing and payment follow-up as required Reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards BAS reconciliation and preparation General understanding of profit & loss and general ledger Budget and cash flow reporting Job costing and liaising with management and key customers About You The successful candidate will have Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and general office software Strong knowledge of accounting and administrative processes Excellent oral and written communication skills High-level numeracy, keyboard, and time management skills Experience in budget preparation, reconciliations, and reporting Excellent organisational, accuracy and attention to detail What's in it for You?
