Permanent, Part-time Mon - Fri (up to 25hrs) Residential As part of the Olympic Dam team and reporting through to the Branch Manager, this position plays a vital role in contributing to effective day to day operations of the branch by providing outstanding reception and administrative support. The successful applicant must have a strong customer focus, excellent organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to multi task and manage competing priorities. You will assist with all administrative duties and ensure all documents, including work orders, timesheets, invoices, are entered timely and accurately. Duties and Responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service; Assist in work order opening, noting up work orders and closing orders for invoicing; Raise and process purchase orders and track open purchase orders; Timely completion of all data entry; Assist with contamination control; Order stationery and uniforms as required; Ensure documents, such as invoices, are processed correctly; Conduct new employee and visitor inductions Maintain a safe work environment. Skills and Experience: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Previous receptionist/administrative experience advantageous; High level of attention to detail; Excellent communication skills (written & oral); Proven ability to coordinate and prioritise a busy workload.
