About the client: Our client is Australia's leading Large Format Retail Agency, with over 60 years combined experience and a team of dedicated professionals, they are a key industry player working on some of the biggest retail developments in the country. About the role: They are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator or Coordinator to join their high performing team and assist the Facilities Manager and Property Managers with contractor management and the day to day operations of a dynamic portfolio. Duties include: Provide administrative support to the Facility Managers Contractor management including invoicing, insurances and onboarding of new contractors. Conduct site inspections and report on building conditions. Ensure all new work orders have required information Be a point of communication for builders/clients and subcontractors Maintain and update all registers Assist with budgets and invoicing Manage WHS and safety protocols for contractors General administrative assistance to the team The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with tendering, contracts management and budgets & forecasting from a operations/ facilities perspective. They will be able to work in a busy environment with a strong customer service background, keen eye for detail and exceptional relationship building ability.
