Freight & Customer Service Manager - WA Forrestfield, WA | Full-Time | ASAP Start Our client is on the lookout for a strategic and experienced freight leader to oversee high-volume transport operations between WA and the Eastern Seaboard. This is a senior-level, permanent role managing the full freight and customer service function, from scheduling through to client reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound freight movements Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across freight coordination and customer service Maintain strong working relationships with key freight partners Attend and lead customer meetings, quarterly account reviews, and provide board-level reporting Ensure full compliance with COR, WHS, and transport regulations Deliver timely, high-quality reporting to state leadership, data accuracy and insights are critical Drive process improvements, system efficiencies, and service excellence What You'll Bring: Proven leadership experience in freight, logistics, or transport (Highly Desireable) 2 in management (Requirement) Strong working knowledge of SAP (Requirement) Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence strategic outcomes Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Confident representing operations in front of customers, internal leaders, and external partners Salary & Benefits: $110K-$120K super Monday to Friday role with occasional weekend work Stable, long-term opportunity with a leading national transport organisation If you are interested in this role, please click on Apply Now and we'll be in touch asap!
